Tomatoes love basil
About me
I've been gardening on and off since I was a kid, so I've got years of amateur experience. I try to live as organically as possible, and have a strong belief in preserving heirloom varieties, growing open-pollinated seeds, and utilizing companion gardening techniques, meaning better variety and security for our food system.
I have my own vehicle, and am willing to travel a short distance (Sorry, Shoreline and Kent.)

Description
We have a very sunny approximately 10 x 20 ft patch in our front yard that we have used to grow veggies the last two years. It has full southern and eastern exposure and is raised up above the street by 7 or 8 ft. Perfect for squash, tomatoes, corn, beans, cucumber, etc. In the back we have four raised beds also with good southern exposure. We like those for greens, peas, herbs, onions, etc. Both areas have water lines that attach to an automatic timer. The land has been managed organically at least since 1998 when we bought the house.

About me
I'm so excited to have run into We Patch at Greenfest! My family, we live in a condo. I'm stay-at-home mother. If we're lucky, we can utilize either afternoon or morning sun to grow a little container of something small. We have been in need of good soil and a good garden space to work with. My daughter (18 months) and I love to work with dirt, plants, sun, water and everything else nature, people too-and most of all. Certain bugs and critters are scary, other than that, I welcome all nature.

Lifelong gardener + scrappy wife + organic space=wholesome produce to share
About me
Our family of two loves to gorge on fresh, organic produce--make it local and we're in heaven! We have a love for growing, a modest amount of time each week, and lots of energy. Alas, we live in a tiny apartment with no green space. We are looking for a local person/family with nice garden space to share and a laid-back attitude. We have no problem building some beds, prepping, and cleaning up when the season is over. We're just eager to supply some of our own food and get our hands dirty!

Hello Interweb,
We are a co-op house of students, worker bees and gardeners. We have a great garden complete with a geodesic dome greenhouse, a composting tumbler, a worm bin, a biogas digester (makes cooking gas and liquid fertilizer) and a large chicken coop. We have recently decided to expand the garden by adding a few new beds and decided that we have space to spare one for YOU if you need it.

Description
We have a full sun front yard that is currently grass, you could build raised beds or till in the grass and plant in the ground. We have high clay soil that will need added compost but seems to do well for gardening in. We would like to add rain barrels to reduce the water bill. Your space will be separate from ours - this space is roughly 20'x15' and there is an additional space that is partial shade if more space was wanted.
There is also a possibility of a joint chicken/egg co-op if you would like to add a chicken or two to our existing flock and help buy food.

I've got a suburban lot in Thornton, about a 1/3 acre, with a sprinkler system installed. The backyard is fenced at the perimeter and a section fence is also installed. I've got some established plots but would be willing to transform the entire lot. I've also got some equipment to share including two tillers. Contact me if you have questions.

About me
I started gardening a few years ago in South Texas, and became completely hooked. Since then I have gardened year-round in Portland, and I'm in the process of obtaining my Organic Gardener Certificate from the OSU Extension Service. I just moved to Madison Park, and I have a few container vegetable growing, but I would love love love to have a patch of ground to work with as well.

About me
I live in Grant Park, a historic neighbor in downtown Atlanta. We have a small vegetable and herb garden in our backyard, as well as four hens. We've recently expanded to include a blackberry, blueberry and strawberry bed, and have planted tomatoes among the perennials in the frontyard.
Would love to have enough space to grow enough vegetables to can for use through the winter months. Would consider sharing eggs along with a percentage of the crops.
